Mark Van Arsdale
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Mark Van Arsdale combines his classical opera roots with real estate expertise. Trained at Northwestern and Indiana Universities, and a young artist at Tanglewood and Opera Theatre of St. Louis, he spent years performing in Europe with the Opéra national du Rhin in Strasbourg, France and the Academy of the Opéra-Comique in Paris. In Colmar, France, Mark renovated a historic apartment in a 500+ year-old building, which he has successfully managed as an Airbnb Superhost for nine years. Relocating to Kansas City, Mark entered real estate, flipping a 1900 historic home in Liberty, Missouri, where he now lives. Licensed as a Missouri Residential Appraiser (2022) and Real Estate Agent (2024), he has flipped over 20 homes in Kansas City, blending an eye for history with market expertise
