Logan is a seasoned real estate investor and renovation expert with a unique background in molecular biology. He studied biology at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Ph.D. Though deeply involved in academia, Logan maintained a passion for renovation, working throughout college and graduate school for his family’s renovation business. This led him to complete his first property flip in Columbia, Missouri.

After earning his doctorate, Logan moved to Denmark, where he completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship. In 2018, he returned to Kansas City to pursue a Master’s in Healthcare Administration at the University of Kansas Medical Center. It was during these studies that Logan founded Liberty Contracting Partners, channeling his analytical skills and attention to detail into a full-time focus on real estate.

Today, Logan is known for his ability to deliver high-quality, efficient, and profitable renovation projects. His academic training instilled a meticulous attention to detail, making him highly effective in managing renovations that respect both budgets and timelines. Logan’s work consistently demonstrates a passion for blending precision and creativity, resulting in beautifully restored homes that contribute to Kansas City’s real estate landscape.
